All prices include VAT.
Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 to addresses in the UK. If you wish us to ship goods to an address outside of the UK, please contact us for a shipping quote. We may sometimes offer promotions on postage and packaging.
We will ship to any country in the European Union, we regret that due to differing legislation in different countries, we do not ship goods outside of the EU. All transactions will be carried out in Sterling.
Products that are in stock on the website will be posted to you within two working days. If you wish to order products that are not in stock, please contact us to obtain a lead-time estimate. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail.
We reserve the right to decline orders under exceptional circumstances.
Returns under the distance selling regulations
We hope that you love the products that you buy from us, but we understand that sometimes things aren’t exactly as you expect. If you buy online, under the distance selling regulations, you have 14 days from when you receive your goods to let us know that you aren’t happy and that you will be returning them to us for a refund. Unfortunately, unless the goods are faulty, we’ll have to ask you to pay the return postage. Please only return items under the distance selling regulations that are unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Unfortunately parcels do go astray or get damaged occasionally, and we cannot be held accountable for damage or loss, so please package the goods carefully, and we recommend using a tracked or signed for postal service.
Returns under the consumer rights act
In the unlikely event that goods you have received are damaged please let us know as soon as possible, and certainly within 30 days (send us an email with a photograph please), and we’ll either refund you or send out a replacement.
Goods sold must be of satisfactory quality, as described, fit for purpose and last a reasonable length of time. We work extremely hard to make sure that our goods are of excellent quality, however, if you think you have a faulty product, under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act you have the right to a full refund if you let us know within 30 days. We may ask you to return the goods to us, but if the goods are faulty the postage will be at our expense.
